Is a paid leaderboard gambling?

No. A listing fee is the price of a public row. Gambling would need a stake, a prize, and chance. This product has a published price, a listing, and no payout to you when someone else pays more.

What you buy

You pay for your name, title, and link on a public board. #1 is the top listing. That is visibility on this site. When checkout is enabled, a licensed payment processor collects the advertising fee. We do not run a pool, a draw, or a cash award.

What you do not buy

You do not get a share of later listings. Being outranked is not a refund. Votes cannot take #1. There is no house odds table. If someone else takes #1 first, you still get the next rank that amount buys. If a payment never lands on the board, that charge is refunded; a live listing is not.

If you wanted a prize

This is the wrong product. Use the rules and refund pages if you need the legal wording. Use pricing if you only need the fee.
