Advertising Policy
Outbid Me sells paid promotional placement. This policy covers the listings customers submit for public display.

1. The inventory
A listing is advertising inventory: a name, title or description, category, and optional link on a public board. Rank is the amount paid. We do not endorse the goods or services behind a listing.
2. Who is responsible
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the listing and for the destination of any link. You must have the right to use the name, trade mark, and content you submit.
3. Prohibited listings
- Illegal goods or services where you or we operate.
- Fraud, impersonation, or misleading claims of affiliation.
- Sexually exploitative content, including any sexual content involving minors.
- Hate, harassment, or threats.
- Listings that present OutbidMe as gambling, a lottery, an investment scheme, or a prize pool.
4. Review and removal
We may refuse, edit, or remove a listing that breaches this policy, the Terms, or the law. Removal after a live placement does not by itself create a refund. See the Refunds & Cancellations policy.
5. No performance guarantee
Placement is the service. We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, leads, sales, search ranking, or revenue unless a separate written contract says otherwise. This site does not currently sell guaranteed traffic packages.
