1. Agreement

By using the site or paying a listing fee you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Pricing. If you do not agree, do not use the service and do not pay for a ranking. Before checkout you must confirm, by checking a box, that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to contract where you live. The site is open worldwide. You confirm the money you use is yours and is not the proceeds of crime.

3. The service

Outbid Me sells digital advertising and promotional placement on a public board, at rank #1 or a lower row. After payment confirms, we show the name, description, and link you submit. That is advertising inventory. Payment purchases promotional visibility and does not constitute a wager, bet, lottery entry, investment, or prize participation.

• Only one #1 placement is shown at a time. The highest-paid advertising placement is displayed first. Free listings, where offered, follow every paid one, newest first.
• Someone else may buy the next placement by paying the live listed fee, including the published #1 placement price.
• Hall of Fame listing is recognition of a paid placement, not a cash award.
• We may refuse or remove a placement that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful where we operate. Removal does not entitle you to a refund unless the Refund Policy says so.

4. No gambling, prizes, or investments

You are buying advertising placement, not staking money to win money. We do not run a prize pool, lottery, or wager. We will not pay you because someone else later purchased rank #1. Rank is not an investment and does not produce a financial return from us.

5. Payments

You may pay in USD, INR, GBP, EUR, AED, SGD, AUD, or CAD, and any other currency enabled at checkout for your card or wallet. When checkout is enabled, a licensed payment processor shown at checkout collects the charge. We do not store raw card data. A placement is due only after the processor confirms success on our server. A failed, abandoned, or disabled checkout creates no charge. See Payment & Business Model.

6. No refunds

All payments are final and not refundable once the listing is live. Ranking placement is a digital service that begins as soon as payment is confirmed: the listing is created or the rank is raised, and the paid amount is counted on the public board. Being outranked later, a change in the published #1 placement price, fewer clicks than you hoped for, downtime, or a later removal for breach of these Terms does not create a refund.

By completing checkout you request that we start this digital service immediately and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the extent that law allows that waiver. Where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, we honour that right. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed payments without a legally required basis are a breach of these Terms; we may remove the listing and refuse future use of the service.

The Cancellation and Refund Policy lists the narrow cases where we still return money: a captured payment that never landed on the board, a duplicate charge, a failed payment that still left your account, or an unauthorised transaction.

7. Your content

You give us a licence to show the name, role, and link you submit. You must have the right to use that material. You are responsible for the page your link opens.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for fraud, money laundering, or goods that are illegal where you or we operate.
• Do not interfere with payments, listing records, or published voting rules.
• Do not submit illegal, defamatory, or sexually exploitative content.
• Do not impersonate another person or organisation.

9. Availability

The listing is provided as available. We may moderate content or suspend accounts to protect the service or follow the law. Downtime does not create a claim for lost publicity. Removal of a listing does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Liability

To the extent the applicable law allows, OutbidMe is not liable for indirect loss or lost publicity. Our total liability for a paid placement is limited to the amount you actually paid for that placement, in the currency charged. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit, including fraud.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, where the merchant is registered. Courts in India have jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer law in your country gives you another venue.

12. Changes

We may post a new version of these terms on this page. The last-updated date will change. Using the site after that date means you accept the new terms.
