Refunds & Cancellations

1. Nature of the product

You are buying a digital placement on https://www.outbidme.world. Delivery starts when the payment processor shown at checkout confirms payment and we write the listing to the board: #1 placement is purchased, a rank is occupied, or a raise is applied, and the paid amount is counted in public. There is no parcel and no cooling-off period after a successful, delivered placement.

By completing checkout you ask us to start this digital service immediately and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off to the extent the law allows that waiver. Where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, we honour that right.

2. Cancellation before payment

Leave the Claim #1 form or checkout before a successful payment and you are not charged.

3. No refunds after a live placement

Once the listing is live, the payment is final and not refundable. None of the following creates a refund:

• Someone later outranks you, or purchases #1 by paying the published #1 placement price.
• You dislike the live rank or the public vote score on a listing.
• Fewer clicks, visitors, or customers than you hoped for. Placement does not guarantee traffic, leads, or revenue.
• A category you dislike, downtime, or a later change to ranking rules.
• Removal for breach of the Terms, Advertising Policy, or the Rules.
• Change of mind after the listing is live.
• A name or link you typed wrong. We can fix obvious typos. That is not a refund.

4. When we still refund

We return money only in these cases, in the same currency, usually within 5–7 business days after we confirm it with the payment processor shown at checkout:

• Payment confirmed but someone else already purchased #1: we still list you at the next rank that amount buys. We refund only if that listing cannot be created, a raise no longer applies, or a fault on our side blocked delivery.
• Duplicate successful charges for the same placement: the extra charge is refunded.
• Failed or dropped payments that still left your account, or a captured payment followed by a technical failure before the listing was created: full refund after we confirm it with the payment processor.
• Unauthorised transactions reported promptly and confirmed as unauthorised: refund after the processor and your bank finish their check.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original card, UPI account, or wallet through the payment processor shown at checkout, in the currency you were charged. Banks usually post the credit within 5–7 business days. International cards can take a little longer depending on the issuer. We email the refund reference when the processor starts it.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@outbidme.world. Response time: Email from anywhere, usually within one business day.Include your email, payment time, amount, currency, and the processor payment id or bank reference. We acknowledge the request within 48 hours. Asking does not create a refund that this policy does not allow. We cannot refund a placement the backend cannot process; live listings that were delivered are not returned except where this policy or a non-waivable law requires it.

7. Chargebacks

Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed payments without a legally required basis are a breach of the Terms. We may remove the listing and refuse future use of the service. If you open a chargeback, we will share delivery and payment records with the payment processor shown at checkout. Write to us first if the placement never appeared. That is usually faster.
